Returns and Refunds

We believe that feeling good about yourself, your work and others is fundamental. If you buy something that doesn't make you feel good, don't worry: you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.

To request a return, simply click on THIS LINK and complete the form. You will receive a response to your return request within 48 hours.

Please note that it is mandatory for all customers to use the return label provided by DEHA in the confirmation email. Do not return any items without authorisation.

 
  

How soon can I request a return?

Once you have received the confirmation email, you have 14 days to return the items to DEHA.

For EEC and non EEC customers: DEHA.co.uk offers a simplified return service. Wait for our confirmation email, once your return request has been approved you can print the label and deliver your return to a UPS drop-off point of your choice.

Paid Returns for Conscious Purchasing

From 15 March 2024, returns on orders placed on DEHA.co.uk will be subject to a charge. This decision has been taken to show more respect for the environment and to reduce the CO2 emissions caused by unnecessary returns.

DEHA believes in conscious shopping and would like to encourage you to think carefully about your purchases before finalising them.

Return charges are clearly displayed on the return request page and are a contribution to the cost of postage, you can find the updated list at this link.

When will I receive my refund?

We refund returns within 3-5 business days after the products arrive in our warehouse, depending on the conformity of the return request with the return received.

Depending on the method of payment, refunds may take several days, especially for bank transfers it may take 7 days before they are available on your account.

The refund will be completed within a period of 14 working days. If more than these days have passed, please contact us at customercare@deha.it


How to make a return

  1. Go to the returns portal: https://returns.itsrever.com/deha
  2. Enter your order number (#XXXX) and the email you registered with
  3. Select the product you want to return and the reason
  4. Select the refund method (if you paid by Bank Transfer remember to enter your IBAN)
  5. Verify and confirm your data
  6. Find your nearest Drop Off location: https://www.ups.com/dropoff
  7. Check the shipping costs here and click on "Complete" to send your return
  8. Print the return label and take the item within 2 weeks to the collection point most convenient for you
  9. You can check the status of your return and refund from your dashboard whenever you want!

It is not currently possible to request a product exchange, you will need to return the incorrect item and place a new order.

How do I process my return?

Returns will only be accepted if the items meet the following conditions

  1. The price tag and barcode must be intact and attached to the items.
  2. Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories (such as dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) that were provided with the order.
  3. Items must not have been washed or altered and must show no signs of wear.
  4. Returns must be packaged in the same envelope or box used for the original shipment.
  5. Authorised returns must be shipped from the same country as the original shipment.

I don't have a UPS centre near me, what can I do?

How to make a return with the new Pink Pack

When you order from the deha.it website, your products will arrive in the sustainable, recycled and reusable Pink Pack. You can return the pack to give it a new life by sending it by post or use it for your returns.

Here's how:

  1. Request a return label from the portal
  2. Put the products you want to return in the Pink Pack
  3. Close the pack, making sure the MOVO tab remains inside the pack.
  4. Apply the return label and deliver the package to the return centre of your choice

 

    DEHA reserves the right not to accept returns that are not authorized or that are shipped using procedures other than those contained in the return instructions. In such cases, the items will be returned to you. Any acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in addition to the return shipping costs.

    Due to current UK-EU Custom regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders below 135 GBP. However, for orders above this threshold, shipment costs are on us. Enjoy your shopping with DEHA!
