Returns and Refunds
Life is too short to be half-hearted about what you do, who you love or what you wear. As much as possible, we want to ensure you feel good about and in the purchases you make with DEHA.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, the size is incorrect, or for any other reason, you can return the items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To request a return, simply click on this LINK and complete the form. You will receive an answer to your return request within 48 hours. For EU customers it is mandatory to use the return label provided by DEHA in the confirmation email. Please do not send back any items without authorization.
After receiving the confirmation email, you have 14 days to ship the items back to DEHA.
For EEC customers: Deha.it promotes free returns service. Please wait our email confirmation, once your return request (RMA) will be approved. You will then receive from the courier the documents to be printed and the instructions to follow to schedule a pick up.
For non-EEC customers: for the time being, we regret to be not able to provide free returns service, therefore please arrange the shipment at your charge in accordance with your best courier service. In case of special requests contact our customer care service at email@example.com
It is not possible to ask for exchange of products. In this case it is necessary to return the wrong article and place a new order.
Returns will be accepted if the items meet the following conditions:
- The price tag and barcode must be intact and attached to the items.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (such as dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
- Items must not have been washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- Returns must be packaged in the same box used for the initial shipment.
- Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country of the original shipment.
How to make a return with the new Pink Pack
When you order on deha.com, your products will arrive with the Sustainable, Recycled and Reusable Pink Pack. You can return the Pack to give it new life by bagging it or use it for your returns.
- Request a return label from the Portal
- Place the products to be returned in the Pink Pack
- Reseal the Pack making sure to keep the MOVO tab inside the Pack
- Apply the return label and deliver the Pack to your selected drop-in center
DEHA reserves the right not to accept returns that are not authorized or that are shipped using procedures other than those contained in the return instructions. In such cases, the items will be returned to you. Any acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in addition to the return shipping costs.
