SHIPPING
DEHA will deliver the ordered products to the address specified in the order via DHL courier, with Standard or Express Saver service.
The ordered items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) from the date of the order, but during sales or promotions, shipments may take longer. The delivery times for the shipment are: 1-3 working days for deliveries in Italy, 1-5 working days for deliveries in Europe, and 2-10 working days for deliveries in non-EU countries.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to verify the integrity of the package and the products, the conformity of the product delivered with the order placed, and report immediately any tampering or damage detected on the package and products through the email address: customercare@DEHA.it.
Please note that in case of deliveries made to receptions, DEHA will not be held responsible for any subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that the delivery of products to that country is currently not available.

The cost of shipping depends on the destination country and the weight/volume of the package. You can view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it. Please note that any customs duties and national taxes are your responsibility, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
